International Shipping & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. We are currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
International shipments may be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Where is My Order? – Shipping Delays
Once you have received your shipping confirmation, please contact us if your package is taking longer to be delivered than was indicated to you during the checkout process.
Quantities of 50 or more pieces of any given product are considered “High Volume Orders” and may add 2 – 3 additional business days to the time frames listed.
All orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after it has been paid. However, as your satisfaction is our number 1 priority, you can request for a refund or re-shipment if:
- You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (35 days, not including 2 – 5 days of processing time).
- You received the wrong item.
However, if you decided that for no reason, you do not want the product after receiving it, you may request for a refund within 35 days, provided the product has not been used and is still in its original packaging, and you must return the product at your own expenses.
Our policy lasts 35 days. If 35 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Every returned item must have a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable):
Products with obvious signs of use or with signs that they have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 35 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
